Day 1: Arrival in Longyearbyen

Arrive in Svalbard's main settlement, safety briefing, and equipment check. Evening town exploration.

Day 2: Glacier Expedition

Full-day guided glacier hike with ice cave exploration. Learn about Arctic geology and climate.

Day 3: Wildlife Safari

Zodiac boat expedition through fjords searching for polar bears, walruses, and Arctic seals. Visit bird cliffs.

Day 4: Summit Attempt

Weather permitting, guided ascent to Frostveil Summit. Panoramic Arctic views.

Day 5: Departure

Morning at leisure, visit Svalbard Museum, and departure.

Booking Terms

•All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum 30% deposit
•Full payment is required 14 days before departure
•Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours

Payment Policy

•We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal
•All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
•Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions

Cancellation Policy

•30+ days before departure: 90% refund
•15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
•Less than 14 days: No refund
•Cancellations must be submitted in writing

Travel Requirements

•Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity
•Visa requirements vary by destination (we provide assistance)
•Travel insurance is highly recommended

Health & Safety

•Participants must be in good health and physically fit for the tour
•Medical conditions must be disclosed at time of booking
•Follow all safety instructions provided by guides
